As a Scheduling and Competency Leader, you will be responsible for:
- Coordinating short, mid, and long-term scheduling of field personnel based on activity requirements, competence levels, and availability.
- Balancing resource demand across the area and wider region to ensure optimal deployment.
- Monitoring and optimizing personnel utilization while minimizing overtime and ensuring operational efficiency.
- Assigning crews to jobs and coordinating mobilization and demobilization activities.
- Developing training and competency strategies aligned with product line and operational needs.
- Creating individual development plans and coordinating competency assessments.
- Tracking training progression and ensuring compliance with competency standards.
- Supporting flawless execution by ensuring the right people with the right skills are deployed at the right time.
- Bring experience in workforce planning, scheduling, or field operations coordination.
- Demonstrate strong organizational and communication skills.
- Have the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fastpaced operational environment.
- Show experience in competency management, training coordination, or capability development (preferred).
- Be comfortable collaborating with cross functional teams and field leadership.
- Demonstrate strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
