As a Project Site Lead, you will be responsible for leading, coordinating, and executing service projects from planning to completion while ensuring safety remains the top priority in everything we do. As a Project Site Lead, you will be responsible for:
Project Execution & Delivery
- Leading all activities related to the supervision, organization, and execution of service projects while maintaining safety as top priority.
- Managing project scope, timelines, cost, contract compliance, and quality to meet customer and commercial expectations.
- Implementing project methodologies, standards, scheduling practices, and cost‑control measures.
- Tracking project‑specific activities, accurately managing milestones with corresponding forecast ownership, and schedules to ensure on‑time delivery.
- Working closely with internal stakeholders to define project needs and communicate progress.
- Building strong customer relationships and ensuring high levels of satisfaction throughout the project lifecycle.
- Presenting project outcomes, technical insights, and improvement recommendations both externally to customers and internally to leadership teams.
- Developing installation design packages including wiring diagrams and mechanical modification documentation.
- Reviewing, redlining, and validating electrical and mechanical design packages.
- Coordinating internal teams and subcontractors to meet customer requirements and timelines.
- Supervising electrical and mechanical subcontractors at project sites.
- Managing multiple projects simultaneously while ensuring adherence to processes and safety standards.
- Implementing updated procedures and guidelines within the department.
- Identifying opportunities for process, product, and service improvements.
To be successful in this role, you will:
Required Qualifications
- Have bachelor’s degree in electrical or mechanical engineering (OR an associate degree in electronics/technology or similar with 5 years of relevant service experience)
- Have an ability to travel up to 70% as well as work weekends and holidays when required
- Have strong communication, interpersonal, and leadership skills
- Have ability to influence stakeholders and lead cross‑functional teams
- Have proven experience managing multiple projects simultaneously
- Have strong analytical, organizational, and problem‑solving abilities
- Have minimum 3 years of experience in Services Project Management (preferred)
- Have familiarity with AutoCAD and drafting practices
- Have ability to review, redline, or create electrical and mechanical design packages
