Operator - Production I

• Read, understand, and follow routine written instructions.
• Perform basic mathematical calculations.
• Assist in production processes including:
  • Transporting, loading, and unloading raw materials and chemical products
  • Drumming out product from reactors and blenders
  • Collecting and delivering samples to the QC lab
  • Proper waste handling (collection, labeling, disposal)
• Acquire basic computer skills necessary for production documentation.
• Safely manipulate loads weighing between 200–500 lbs.
• Work outdoors year‑round in all weather conditions.
• Operate a forklift and obtain/maintain certification.
• Perform other duties as assigned to support safe and efficient plant operations.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent.
• Mechanical aptitude.
• Ability to perform basic math.
• Ability to operate a forklift (or willingness to obtain certification).
