As an Lead Operations Specialist, you will be responsible for planning and executing field resource deployment to meet customer and business objectives. You will work closely with customer service managers on escalations, develop long‑range resource forecasts, and execute both short‑ and long‑term staffing plans. As a Lead Operations Specialist you will be responsible for
- Responsible for field resource deployment planning and execution to meet customer and business metrics
- Interface with customer service managers on issue escalation
- Develop long‑range forecasts for regional resource needs
- Develop and execute short‑ and long‑range resource plans based on forecasts and business commitments, including recruitment, skills reviews, and resource development
- Work with senior business leaders to define needs, communicate project approaches, and present outcomes
- Implement standardized project processes and updated procedures within the department
- Support diverse clients across the region, working within predefined contracts and frameworks with some latitude for adjustments
To be successful in this role you will:
- Have a Bachelor’s degree from an accredited university or college (or a high school diploma/GED with at least 4 years of experience in Services)
- Bring a minimum of 3 additional years of experience in Resource Management
- Demonstrate strong oral and written communication skills
- Bring strong interpersonal and leadership capabilities
- Have the ability to influence others and lead small teams
- Be able to coordinate multiple projects simultaneously
- Demonstrate effective problem‑solving and analytical skills
- Bring strong organizational ability
