As a Lead Operations Specialist, you are being responsible for:
- Managing account operations and overseeing field specialists for the account.
- Driving indirect upselling on accounts and ensuring customer service, value creation, and communication.
- Developing an operational year plan for the own department activities.
- Suggesting improvements in products, processes, and procedures.
- Contributing to planning for the larger unit and working together with high-level people from the business and SPB and EB level.
- Specifying needs, communicating about project approaches, and presenting outcomes of research being done.
- Implementing standardized project processes and following guidelines for choosing the right actions.
- Adapting to processes and procedures that are frequently being updated by other functions and implementing them in the department.
- Managing diverse clients in a region and working on the basis of predefined contracts and frameworks, with some latitude to deviate from those conditions.
