As an Inventory, you will be responsible for receiving, unpacking, and managing incoming materials, as well as supporting production by ensuring raw materials and finished components are available when needed. You will maintain accurate inventory records in line with company procedures and safety standards.

Your role will be critical in maintaining efficient material flow, supporting production teams, and ensuring inventory accuracy to help deliver high-quality products to our customers on time.

As an Inventory, you will be responsible for:


  • Receiving and unpacking purchased goods, verifying contents, condition, and quantities against packing slips.
  • Performing incoming receipt transactions, printing receiving reports, and maintaining daily logs.
  • Marking raw materials with QA traceability numbers.
  • Identifying production requirements and ensuring availability of parts and materials when needed.
  • Maintaining accurate inventory records, including materials received, used, defective items, and outside materials.
  • Preparing and issuing production orders with raw materials, components, and finished goods.
  • Participating in annual physical inventories and daily cycle counts.
  • Supporting material flow within inventory systems.
  • Replenishing stock, processing shop orders, MRB dispositions, location transfers, and move tickets.
  • Cutting materials for production teams and issuing materials to machinists and operators.
  • Completing material requisitions and pulling/issuing parts for production orders.
  • Performing tagging activities including laser marking and spot welding tags onto holders.
  • Generating inventory reports as required.
  • Meeting company productivity and quality standards.
  • Operating forklifts and other material handling equipment as needed.
  • Supporting additional duties as required based on workload and business needs.


To be successful in this role you will:


  • Have a high school diploma or GED.
  • Have 1–3 months of experience in a production or warehouse environment (preferred).
  • Demonstrate the ability to read and interpret blueprints.
  • Possess intermediate math and reading skills.
  • Have computer skills sufficient to operate company ERP systems.
  • Demonstrate working knowledge of industrial equipment used in material handling and production support.
  • Show strong attention to detail with a focus on quality, accuracy, and safety.
  • Be able to follow established procedures and company policies.
  • Demonstrate effective time management and ability to meet deadlines.
  • Exhibit a positive attitude and ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.


Physical Requirements


  • Sufficient motor skills to safely operate tools, machinery, and handling equipment.
  • Ability to stand and/or walk for the majority of the shift (typically 8–10 hours or more).
  • Ability to lift up to 50 pounds as required.
  • Ability to wear required personal protective equipment (PPE), including safety glasses and safety shoes.
  • Ability and willingness to work overtime, including alternate shifts and weekends, based on business needs.

We are seeking an experienced People and Culture Experience and Performance Partner (Country HR Business Partner) to join our dynamic team in Nailsea. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in human resources including topics such as Employee relations (Grievances, Disciplinary and HR Investigations) , talent and succession planning, performance management and compliance. This role will be instrumental in aligning HR strategies with business objectives, fostering a positive workplace culture, and managing employee relations effectively.

As a People and Culture- XP Partner, you will be responsible for:


  • A first point of contact for employees & people leaders who provides leadership, coaching and support for individual employee needs & HR processes in the Country. Assist in executing core P&C processes such as employee employment agreements, promotions, salary adjustments, and internal movements.
  • Connect with local talent and implement the talent management agenda in the country. Coach and support people leaders. Assist with workforce planning and talent reviews.
  • Help implement employee engagement initiatives and regional P&C projects at the local level.
  • Support the communication and implementation of country-specific HR policies and procedures.
  • Monitor updates to local labor legislation and escalate relevant changes to the XP Leader
  • Ensure compliance with internal guidelines and assist in preparing documentation for audits or inspections.
  • Act as a first point of contact for employee queries related to P&C policies, performance, and workplace concerns.
  • Assist in coordinating disciplinary and grievance procedures in collaboration with the XP Leader and L&ER CoE.
  • Help facilitate Performance Improvement Plans (PIPs) and follow-up actions as needed.
  • Support restructuring, RIF, and M&A processes by preparing documentation and coordinating logistics under the direction of the XP Leader
  • Assist in site assessments and labor office inspections, ensuring readiness and compliance.
  • Liaise with HR Shared Services, Payroll, and other P&C teams to resolve employee issues and ensure smooth service delivery.

  • Have a bachelor’s degree from an accredited university or CIPD with experience in Human Resources (as HR generalist or HRBP).
  • Have exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build relationships at all levels.

  • Have experience within a Industrial/ manufacturing/ digital technology domain (preferred)
  • Be proactive with a results-oriented mindset.
