As a Field Specialist II, you will be responsible for:
- Executing field operations in line with company procedures and safety standards
- Applying functional and technical expertise to support assigned product lines
- Delivering high-quality service while ensuring customer satisfaction
- Communicating effectively with customers and internal stakeholders
- Collaborating with team members to achieve operational goals
- Troubleshooting and resolving technical issues in the field environment
- Maintaining accurate documentation and reporting of field activities
- Ensuring compliance with all safety, quality, and regulatory requirements
- Have a two-year Technical Degree (preferred)
- Have relevant industry experience and product line training
- Have strong functional and technical skills
- Have excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
- Have a strong customer-focused mindset
- Have the ability to work effectively in a team-oriented environment
- Have strong problem-solving skills and adaptability in field conditions
