As a Field Specialist Controls you will be responsible for:
- Performing in autonomy some of the Installation and/or Maintenance activities of Rotating equipment in the Field at Customer Sites primarily using Mark VIe systems.
- Being responsible to perform minor/major maintenance of equipment following the Service Site Quality Check Lists and procedures.
- Being the primary contact to work with the Customer Representative and Site Team to coordinate activities at the Customer Job Site.
- Providing records of all activities accomplished at Customer Site to the Baker Hughes Supervisor and promotes and maintains good team relations.
- Executing all required responsibilities safely by following all Service applicable processes and procedures.
- Performing other related duties as required according to the specified scope of work. He/she may be able to provide limited troubleshooting on the equipment under maintenance and/or installation in the Field.
- Conducting all business activities in accordance to Baker Hughes Core Values (HSE, Quality and Compliance).
To be successful in this role you will:
- Have Two-year Technical Degree preferred and 2yrs of field experience with Compressors, Rotatory Equipment Product Services product line training required.
- Have at least 2yrs of experience with Mark VIe controls maintenance procedures for turbomachinery
- Able to demonstrate Technical, Customer Focus, Communication, Interpersonal, and Teamworking Skills.
- Have a current or prior TWIC card or eligibility to obtain one

- Travel could be 75%-90%. Working hours could vary drastically (minimum 40 hours guaranteed) depending on the customer and business needs.
