Join our Well Construction sales team and help operators drill faster, safer, and more efficiently. In this role, you will own customer relationships and the commercial process across an assigned territory, working closely with technical, engineering, and operations teams to deliver solutions that create measurable value for our customers. You will play a key role in growing market share and profitability by winning new business and expanding existing accounts.
As a Sales Senior Specialist, you will be responsible for:
- Have responsibility within a geographic area for selling products, services, parts, solutions, or projects and driving business growth and customer engagement.
- Have experience handling products and systems that require technical knowledge, with the ability to customize solutions within established guidelines.

- Have experience handling diverse clients within an assigned region and building strong customer relationships to support business objectives.
- Have experience cooperating with technical sales support teams to achieve sales objectives and deliver effective customer solutions.

- Have experience managing a local focus within a medium-sized territory, driving customer engagement, identifying business opportunities, and supporting revenue growth.
To be successful in this role you will:
- Have a bachelor's degree (or a high school diploma/GED with at least 4 years of experience in Sales).
