We are looking for a skilled and detail-oriented Plumbing Technician to support residential plumbing installations, maintenance, and repairs. This role focuses on water heater replacements, water filtration and treatment systems (including reverse osmosis and softeners), and general plumbing upgrades.
The ideal candidate is a dependable professional who can independently manage service calls while delivering high-quality workmanship and an excellent customer experience. This position may also assist with HVAC-related tasks as needed.

Key Responsibilities
- Install, maintain, and repair residential plumbing systems, including water heaters and water filtration systems
- Diagnose plumbing issues and implement efficient, effective solutions
- Ensure all work meets or exceeds local code requirements and industry standards
- Stay current on industry regulations, tools, and emerging technologies
- Communicate clearly with homeowners regarding repairs, recommendations, and preventative maintenance
- Perform routine inspections and preventative maintenance to maximize system performance and lifespan
- Maintain clean, safe, and organized work areas in compliance with company and regulatory standards
- Assist with HVAC system maintenance and repair as needed
- 5 years of residential plumbing experience preferred
- Strong customer service and communication skills
- Experience educating customers on system care and preventative maintenance
- Familiarity with software such as Microsoft Office, ServiceTitan, Salesforce, or similar systems
- Willingness to pursue continued education or certifications (e.g., State Plumbing License, Journeyman Certification, EPA Certification, Water Treatment Certification)
- OSHA and CPR certifications preferred
- Solid understanding of plumbing codes, safety regulations, and best practices
- Proficiency with plumbing tools and diagnostic equipment
- Working knowledge of HVAC systems and ability to assist as needed
- Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills
- Ability to work in confined or physically demanding environments
- Experience with pipe fitting, cutting, threading, and welding using manual and power tools
- Familiarity with modern plumbing technologies (tankless water heaters, smart water systems, eco-friendly fixtures)
- Skilled in using tools such as pipe wrenches, cutters, and video inspection equipment
- Knowledge of safe waste disposal and sanitation practices
- Ability to identify additional service opportunities that align with customer needs
- Customer-focused with the ability to explain solutions and build trust
- Strong time management and ability to handle multiple service calls
- Professional, reliable, and detail-oriented
- Comfortable recommending upgrades or additional services when appropriate
- Field-based role at residential job sites
- Ability to stand, kneel, bend, and climb for extended periods
- Comfortable working in confined spaces and at heights
- Ability to lift up to 50 pounds
- Must be able to distinguish color-coded systems and components
