Baker Garden & Gift is seeking a Marketing Manager to lead and support marketing initiatives across our brands. This role combines content creation, digital marketing, campaign management, website updates, event promotion, and workshop programming support to help drive customer engagement and brand awareness.
The ideal candidate is creative, organized, data-minded, and excited to collaborate across departments while helping showcase everything Baker has to offer.
What You'll Do
- Develop and execute multi-channel marketing campaigns across social media, email, text messaging, website, and paid advertising
- Create engaging content including social media posts, blogs, photography, and video
- Maintain website content, seasonal promotions, event information, and product features
- Manage and maintain the company marketing calendar
- Monitor campaign performance and recommend improvements based on analytics and results
- Support workshop programming, promotion, scheduling, and event participation
- Coordinate private workshop and event inquiries
- Supervise workshop instructors and provide day-to-day guidance and support
- Collaborate with department managers to create marketing campaigns that support business goals
- Manage charity donation requests and related documentation
- Participate in leadership activities and company culture initiatives
What We're Looking For
- Strong understanding of social media platforms, digital marketing, and content creation
- Experience with email marketing, campaign management, and marketing analytics
- Excellent communication, project management, and organizational skills
- Ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines simultaneously
- Creative thinker with strong problem-solving skills
- Comfortable working independently and collaboratively across teams
- Interest in retail, gardening, lifestyle, or event marketing is a plus
Experience & Qualifications
- Minimum three years of experience in marketing, social media, communications, or a related field, or equivalent education
- Experience with content creation, photo/video editing, and digital marketing platforms preferred
- Familiarity with website management, SEO, and Google Analytics is a plus
