We are searching for a Dental Front Office Coordinator to join our small, private office in Roseville. The ideal candidate will play a crucial role in ensuring the smooth operation of our dental office by providing exceptional patient service and administrative support. This position requires a strong understanding of dental terminology and billing. The Front Office Coordinator will be responsible for interacting with patients, scheduling appointments, and managing claims and payments. Previous experience in dental front office is needed.
Duties
- Greet patients and answer patient phone calls and emails.
- Manage patient scheduling and dental insurance information using Dentrix.
- Perform insurance verification and billing processes.
- Collect payment and manage accounts receivable.
Skills
- Proficiency in Dentrix.
- Strong understanding of dental terminology, and health information management.
- Excellent computer skills including proficiency in Microsoft Office applications.
- Strong organizational skills with attention to detail in managing patient records and office tasks.
- Effective phone etiquette and interpersonal skills to provide outstanding patient service.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $25.00 - $29.00 per hour
Expected hours: 30 per week
