Baker, Donelson, Bearman, Caldwell, & Berkowitz, PC has an opening for an Office Coordinator in its Princeton, NJ office with responsibilities for both our Princeton and Metropark offices. The ideal candidate will be extremely professional, possess exceptional communication and organizational skills as well as excellent computer skills, and have a proficiency in MS Outlook and basic typing skills.
Responsibilities include answering phones; receiving and distributing faxes; greeting clients and other office visitors; maintaining neatness of the lobby/reception area and conference center; scheduling conference rooms and visiting attorney offices, including verification of technology and catering needs; handling all office catering needs; assisting with office event planning and implementation; processing daily client check deposit; inputting work orders with property management; ordering building security cards for new employees; parking validations; maintaining office supply and pantry inventory; submitting invoices for payment; assisting Office Administrator with vendor issues, and additional responsibilities as assigned by Office Administrator. Physical presence in the office is an essential duty of this position.

Qualifications Include:
- Basic knowledge of office equipment, including computer and copiers
- Microsoft program knowledge (Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint, etc.)
- Superior interpersonal skills necessary to communicate and interact effectively with others to build positive and productive working relationships
- Ability to organize and prioritize numerous tasks and complete them under time constraints

Salary : $52,800 - $72,000
