The New Orleans office of Baker, Donelson, Bearman, Caldwell and Berkowitz, P.C. seeks an associate with three to five years of relevant experience to join its nationally recognized corporate and transactional practice. The ideal candidates are hardworking individuals with excellent writing and analytical skills, sound judgment, superior organizational skills and attention to detail, and experience with the drafting of complex transactional agreements. This is a unique opportunity for the right individual to grow into a key member of a nationally recognized team and gain experience on a variety of buy- and sell-side M&A deals, general corporate matters, and other business transactions.
