Qualified candidates will have experience advising clients on complex domestic and cross‑border transactions, including mergers and acquisitions, strategic investments, joint ventures, capital markets transactions, and general corporate matters. Experience with public and private company governance, securities law compliance, and related regulatory matters is strongly preferred.
Candidates must demonstrate excellent academic credentials, strong drafting and analytical skills, and the ability to manage multiple matters in a fast‑paced, team‑oriented environment.
