Key Responsibilities: 

Marketing Leadership: 

• Develop and execute comprehensive marketing strategies aligned with business goals. 
• Manage social media content across platforms (Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, Pinterest, Houzz, YouTube, Tik Tok)  
• Create engaging blog posts, email campaigns, and digital collateral to enhance brand visibility. 
• Oversee digital marketing efforts, including SEO, paid advertising, and analytics tracking. 
• Plan and submit magazine ads and awards entries, and seek additional PR opportunities. 
• Maintain brand consistency and elevate brand presence in both digital and print channels. 
• Conduct market research and stay ahead of design and industry trends. 
• Optimize landing pages and lead generation strategies for maximum client conversion. 
• Installation Support: Capture key moments during installations with photos and videos for digital content sharing 
• Photo Shoot Management: Organize, attend and maintain all photo shoot files in Dropbox for easy access and sharing. 
• Graphic Design: Create digital and print collateral using design tools such as Canva and Photoshop. 
• Awards Submissions: Collaborate with the design team to prepare and submit entries for industry awards. 
• Content Creation: Research and identify relevant topics for blog posts to enhance brand visibility and engagement. 

Client Relations: 

• Act as a primary point of contact for client inquiries and onboarding, ensuring a seamless start to their design journey. 
• Maintain and update client CRM records  
• Implement client appreciation initiatives and coordinate thoughtful client gifts. 
• Collaborate closely with the design team to personalize and enhance the overall client experience. 

Christmas/Seasonal Coordination: 

• Manage Christmas design client communications and project coordination. 
• Organize client meetings, understand their holiday design visions, and ensure flawless execution.

Who We're Looking For: 

• 2-5 years of marketing experience, preferably in luxury design, real estate, or lifestyle industries. 
• A sophisticated sense of style aligned with high-end brands and clientele. 
• Strong digital marketing knowledge, including SEO, paid ads, and social media strategy. 
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office, Canva, Photoshop, and Asana 
• Excellent project management skills with the ability to juggle multiple priorities and brand voices. 
• Exceptional communication, organization, and client service skills. 
• A passion for design, innovation, and creating memorable client experiences.
