Job Description

We are seeking an experienced Foreman with specialized knowledge in ADA curb ramp construction to join our team in Jacksonville, FL. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in concrete labor and proven leadership skills to oversee and coordinate on-site activities ensuring projects are completed safely, on time, and to quality standards.

Responsibilities

• Supervise and lead a team of concrete laborers in the construction and installation of ADA curb ramps.
• Ensure all work complies with ADA standards, local codes, and project specifications.
• Coordinate daily work schedules, assign tasks, and monitor progress to meet project deadlines.
• Maintain a safe work environment by enforcing safety protocols and OSHA regulations.
• Inspect materials, tools, and equipment to ensure proper use and maintenance.
• Communicate effectively with project managers, subcontractors, and clients.
• Provide training and guidance to crew members to improve skills and efficiency.
  
  
  

Qualifications

• Proven experience as a Foreman or similar supervisory role in concrete labor.
• Extensive knowledge and hands-on experience with ADA curb ramp construction and compliance.
• Strong leadership and team management skills.
• Ability to read and interpret construction plans and specifications.
• Excellent communication and organizational skills.
• Familiarity with safety standards and OSHA regulations.
• Reliable transportation to and from job sites in Jacksonville, FL.
