Times Needed: 11am - 9pm Tuesday -Saturday; 11am - 3pm Sunday
Responsibilities:
- Greet guests in a friendly and courteous manner and explain any specials, menu changes, and restaurant promotions.
- Knowledge of all Baker’s Crust Artisan Kitchen's food and beverage menus.
- Be ready and willing to assist fellow team members and management as needed.
- Excellent people skills with a friendly attitude.
- Attention to cleanliness and safety.
- Deal with complaints or problems with a positive attitude.
Requirements:
- Skilled listener and effective communicator
- Maintain proper uniform standards.
- Ability to stand and walk for 8 to 10 hours, lift up to 55 lbs., and work in confined spaces.
- Understanding of food service health and safety rules.
- Ability to handle money accurately and operate a point-of-sale system.
- Ability to work in a fast paced environment.
Must have reliable transportation to and from work.
