Responsibilities:
- Answer phones for customer service and orders
- Handling food orders for delivery service, pick-up/to-go orders
- Knowledge of all Baker’s Crust Artisan Kitchen's food and beverage menus.
- Be ready and willing to assist fellow team members and management as needed, including food prep, seating customers, and running food to tables
- Excellent people skills with a friendly attitude.
- Deal with complaints or problems with a positive attitude.
Requirements:
- Skilled listener and effective communicator; customer service experience a plus
- Maintain proper uniform standards.
- Ability to stand and walk for 8 to 10 hours, lift up to 55 lbs., and work in confined spaces.
- Understanding of food service health and safety rules.
- Ability to handle money accurately and operate a point-of-sale system.
- Ability to work in a fast paced environment.
Must have reliable transportation to and from work.
