Summary
The Finisher Foreman is responsible for assigned facets of concrete placement, finishing and curing. Provides direction and supervision to assigned personnel and determines when to delegate or actually perform the work. May be required to drive Baker vehicles and must comply with Company and DOT regulations. The Finisher Foreman is the lead trainer and motivator for his crew.
Roles and Responsibilities
The Finisher Foreman will possess competency in the following areas in order to perform his/her role in a safe, high quality, and productive (SQP) manner. - Plans, Coordinates, and Executes Placement of Concrete
- Provides Direction for Crew
- Ensures a Safe Work Environment
- Participates in Training/Certifications
- High School Diploma or equivalent and 5 years related experience and/or training.
- Proficient in concrete mix designs and effects of its usage.
- ACI Flatwork Finisher Certification.
