What You'll Do
- Generate new business in commercial landscape maintenance and enhancements
- Build and manage a strong pipeline of qualified opportunities
- Target Property Managers, HOA Boards, Developers, and Facility Directors
- Conduct site inspections and identify enhancement opportunities
- Prepare and present competitive, profitable proposals
- Represent the company at industry and association events
- Collaborate with operations to ensure smooth project transitions
- Maintain long-term client relationships and identify expansion opportunities
- 3 years commercial landscaping experience (Florida BMP knowledge preferred)
- Proven B2B sales success and ability to close service contracts
- Confidence approaching commercial properties and presenting solutions
- Strong knowledge of the Orlando and Tampa commercial property markets
- Experience with CRM tools, landscape measurement software, and Al
- Professional presence with strong communication and presentation skills
- Self-starter who can manage territory and time effectively
