Warehouse & Shop Hand/Small Engine Mechanic 

We are looking for a dependable, hardworking Small Engine Mechanic / Warehouse & Shop Hand to join our team.

This is a hands-on position for a self-starter who enjoys working with tools, maintaining equipment, staying organized, and helping keep a commercial electrical operation running smoothly.

Responsibilities

• Maintain, troubleshoot, and repair small engines and equipment
• Perform routine maintenance on residential generators.
• Diagnose mechanical issues and determine necessary repairs
• Keep tools and equipment clean, organized, and in good working condition
• Receive and organize materials and equipment
• Load and unload materials and equipment as needed
• Assist with general shop maintenance and housekeeping
• Occasionally deliver or pick up materials, tools, or equipment
• Perform other duties as needed to support the team

Qualifications

• Previous small engine repair or mechanical experience preferred
• Experience with Generac generator maintenance preferred
• Basic knowledge of hand tools and power tools
• Ability to troubleshoot mechanical problems
• Valid driver's license and good driving record
• Ability to lift and move tools, equipment, and materials
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
• Dependable, punctual, and willing to work as part of a team
• Ability to work independently and take initiative
