What You'll Do
- Become a trusted partner to local bakeries and food businesses.
- Grow existing accounts while developing new customer relationships.
- Help customers find the right products and solutions to grow their business.
- Manage your own sales territory and make an impact every day.
Qualification:
- Bakery industry experience OR outside sales experience.
- A passion for building relationships and helping customers succeed.
- Strong communication and organizational skills.
- Valid driver's license and current auto insurance.
Compensation & Benefits:
- Base of no less than $60k/ year to start
(Sales Plan to move to 100% commission within 6 months)
- 7 Holidays plus PTO
- Mileage reimbursement
