Summary: This role provides general support across multiple departments to ensure smooth operations, cleanliness, and efficiency in the workplace. This role is versatile, requiring flexibility to perform a wide range of tasks including maintenance, cleaning, assisting with production, and supporting other staff as needed.
Responsibilities:
- Perform routine cleaning and sanitation of work areas, equipment, and facilities.
- Assist with basic maintenance tasks such as minor repairs, painting, or equipment upkeep.
- Support production teams by moving materials, stocking supplies, and preparing workstations.
- Operate basic tools and equipment safely and effectively.
- Follow safety guidelines and report hazards or equipment malfunctions.
Qualifications & Skills
- High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
- Previous experience in maintenance, janitorial, or general labor roles is an advantage.
- Ability to follow instructions and work independently or as part of a team.
