What You’ll Do:
As a key member of our Operations Finance team, you will:
- Partner with site leaders and cross-functional teams to drive business performance.
- Lead financial planning, forecasting, and month-end close activities.
- Analyze financial results and translate data into actionable insights.
- Support cost control, productivity initiatives, and capital projects.
- Ensure compliance with accounting policies and audit requirements.
- Play an active role in plant strategy and operational decision-making.
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or Finance.
- 5 years of experience in financial analysis, reporting, or forecasting.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Advanced Excel skills (pivots, formulas, modeling).
- Experience with SAP or similar systems preferred.
- Ability to collaborate, influence, and communicate across all levels.
- Manufacturing experience preferred.
