- Strategically optimize sales territory coverage across the North American business unit. Demonstrate a deep understanding of the chemical industry, market dynamics, and the company’s strategic goals. Apply financial, operational, and commercial insights to make informed decisions that drive profitability and sustainable growth.
- Build and maintain strong, long-term relationships with customers, partners, and internal stakeholders. Uses interpersonal skills and trust-building techniques to foster loyalty and collaboration.

- You will spearhead the strategic direction, crafting and executing innovative sales, marketing, and technical service plans while maintaining control over expenses to drive sustainable growth.
- You will take the reins of the P&L, guiding impactful sales and marketing strategies that amplify the success of a key business segment, seamlessly aligning efforts with the company’s overarching vision.
- Bachelor’s degree in chemical engineering, materials science, or a related field; Master’s degree is a plus.
- Experience in managing or working with Technical Sales/Service or R&D in Chemical Intermediate related markets. Experience within Formaldehyde markets is strongly preferred.
- Minimum of 10 years of experience in sales with at least 5 years of supervisory/business management experience.
- Experience working with plant sites for product and supply chain readiness.
- Ability and willingness to travel in the US and Canada. Greater than 40% travel expectations.
