This highly collaborative role will be responsible for building, owning, and advancing the organization's Category Management capabilities, with a focus on turning syndicated data into compelling insights that drive strategic conversations with our retail and foodservice custom
ers.As the company's internal expert on in-store bakery category trends, shopper behavior, and market dynamics, this individual will work closely with Sales, Marketing, Revenue Growth, and Forecasting teams to translate complex data into actionable strategies. In addition to managing syndicated data sources and internal reporting tools, they will help shape the way our organization leverages data to inform pricing, promotion, assortment, and customer development initiati

ensationThe typical starting salary range for this position is $77,000-$97,000 a year. Several factors, including skills, experience, education, certifications, and the location of the job will determine the actual pay offered. The salary range for this role reflects the competitive labor market value for associates in these po
sitions.This position may also be eligible to receive a variable annual bonus based on company, team, and/or individual performance results in accordance with company policy.
