About the Role
We have an opportunity for a Fulfillment Operations Supervisor to lead the daily activities of the fulfillment center, including order production, inventory control, receiving, and shipping. This is a hands-on leadership position that works alongside the fulfillment team to ensure customer service levels, productivity standards, inventory accuracy, quality requirements, and safety expectations are consistently met. The position requires a strong sense of urgency, attention to detail, sound judgment, and the ability to respond effectively to changing operational needs.
Key Responsibilities
· Lead daily fulfillment operations — picking, packing, shipping, and receiving — ensuring orders are accurate, on time, and meet same-day service commitments.
· Maintain inventory accuracy through cycle counts, replenishment, and discrepancy resolution in the Warehouse Management System.
· Oversee inbound/outbound shipments, ensuring timely processing, accurate documentation, and resolution of carrier or shipping issues.
· Track key performance metrics (productivity, accuracy, service levels) and drive process improvements and labor efficiency.
· Partner with Customer Success, Operations, and other teams on account implementations and to resolve customer-impacting issues.
· Supervise, train, and develop warehouse staff; lead shift meetings; manage scheduling, attendance, and performance.
Experience and Skills We’re Looking For
- High school diploma or equivalent required; Associate or Bachelor’s degree in operations, supply chain management, business administration, or a related field preferred.
- Minimum of five years of experience in warehouse, distribution, fulfillment, or logistics operations required.
- Minimum of two years of experience supervising warehouse associates, fulfillment employees, or temporary labor is required.
- Experience with Warehouse Management Systems required.
- Experience monitoring operational performance metrics and key performance indicators preferred.
- Experience with inventory controls, cycle counting, shipping, receiving, and order fulfillment is required.
- Intermediate Microsoft Excel skills required.
- Bilingual with Spanish preferred.
- Forklift or material-handling equipment certification preferred, or the ability to obtain certification if required by the company.
- Must be able to move throughout the fulfillment center for extended periods.
- Must be able to frequently stand, walk, bend, reach, push, pull, stoop, and perform repetitive movements.
- Must be able to lift, carry, move, and position materials weighing up to 50 pounds, with or without reasonable accommodation.
- Ability to operate computers, scanners, printers, warehouse equipment, and other tools used in fulfillment operations.
- Ability to communicate effectively with employees and others in person, by telephone, and through electronic systems.
