What are the responsibilities and job description for the Tiktok Live Host position at BaiTube USA?
As a TikTok Live Host, you will present bags on-camera, demonstrate callouts and descriptions for each bag, tell brand stories, and convert viewers into customers through authentic, high-energy live interactions. You will represent the brand’s aesthetic and tone while meeting sales and engagement goals.
Key Responsibilities
Host regular TikTok Live sessions Minimum 2-3 day availability required
Present products with clear, compelling on-camera narration: describe scent profiles, ingredients, occasions, and layering tips.
Create warm, engaging experiences: answer live questions, respond to comments, and build rapport with viewers.
Use storytelling and persuasive selling techniques without overselling; maintain brand voice and visual standards.
Coordinate with marketing on promotions, upcoming launches, and live scripts or talking points.
During the show, you will be provided a product deck that will give you the notes of each fragrance. It is your job to share the top, middle, and base notes while also describing how the scent smells. Story telling is very important.
Prepare products and on-set visuals; maintain a polished on-camera appearance and set.
1 years hosting on-camera *must be e-commerce/sales related* (TikTok Live, whatnot, eBay) with proven live-selling experience.
Strong, confident on-camera presence and excellent verbal communication skills.
Demonstrated ability to engage audiences, build community, and drive conversions during live broadcasts.
Familiarity with TikTok Live features: shopping links, yellow shopping cart, pinning, Q&A, etc.
Knowledge or strong interest in fragrances and the ability to describe scent profiles eloquently.
Reliable internet, professional lighting/camera setup, and a quiet, attractive filming space.
Comfortable with performance metrics and working toward sales targets.
Must be punctual, professional, and collaborative.
Preferred
Prior experience selling beauty, fragrance, or luxury lifestyle products.
Experience creating short-form TikTok content (clips, transitions) in addition to live hosting.
Multilingual or strong cross-cultural communication skills.
