Social Media Content Specialist at BairesDev
We are looking for a Social Media Content Specialist to develop and manage engaging content that strengthens our brand presence across digital channels. This role is a blend of content creation, strategic planning, and performance analysis, ideal for someone who understands how to make content work for specific platforms and audiences.
What You'll Do:
- Conceptualize, write, and produce social media content including copy, graphics briefs, and short-form video scripts.
- Manage and maintain content calendars, ensuring timely delivery across all active social channels.
- Collaborate with design and video teams to produce visually compelling, platform-optimized assets.
- Monitor content performance and provide data-driven recommendations to improve reach and engagement.
- Research trending topics, hashtags, and cultural moments to identify timely content opportunities.
- Support campaign launches by coordinating social content with broader marketing timelines.
What we are looking for:
- 3 years of experience in social media content creation or digital marketing.
- Strong writing and editing skills with experience crafting content for multiple platforms and audiences.
- Experience briefing and collaborating with creative teams to produce social media assets.
- Proficiency in social media management tools and content scheduling platforms.
- Good eye for design and familiarity with tools such as Canva or Adobe Express.
