Senior Marketing Strategist at BairesDev
We are seeking a Senior Marketing Strategist to lead the development of marketing strategies that position our brand effectively, engage target audiences, and support business growth. This role combines market research, strategic planning, and cross-functional collaboration to translate insights into impactful marketing programs.
What You'll Do:
- Conduct market research, competitive analysis, and audience segmentation to inform strategic marketing decisions.
- Develop comprehensive marketing strategies and present recommendations to senior leadership.
- Define go-to-market approaches for new products, services, and market segments.
- Collaborate with brand, content, demand generation, and sales teams to ensure strategic coherence across all programs.
- Establish measurement frameworks to evaluate the effectiveness of marketing strategies and campaigns.
- Stay abreast of industry trends, emerging channels, and best practices to keep marketing programs forward-looking.
What we are looking for:
- 4 years of experience in marketing strategy, brand strategy, or integrated marketing.
- Strong analytical skills with experience turning market data and customer insights into actionable strategies.
- Proven ability to develop go-to-market plans and marketing frameworks for complex products or services.
- Experience collaborating across marketing disciplines and influencing decisions at a senior level.
