Senior Brand Marketing Manager at BairesDev
We are seeking a Senior Brand Marketing Manager to drive the strategic direction of brand marketing initiatives that strengthen market presence and build long-term brand equity. This role requires a balance of strategic thinking and hands-on execution across multiple channels and audiences.
What You'll Do:
- Lead end-to-end brand marketing campaigns, from strategy and planning through execution and performance analysis.
- Manage and mentor a team of brand marketers, setting clear goals and ensuring high-quality output.
- Partner with product, sales, and communications teams to align brand messaging with go-to-market strategies.
- Oversee brand research initiatives, including customer surveys, focus groups, and market studies.
- Monitor brand health metrics and report on brand awareness, perception, and sentiment trends.
- Manage relationships with external agencies, vendors, and creative partners.
What we are looking for:
- 4 years of experience in brand marketing or integrated marketing communications.
- Demonstrated experience leading brand campaigns across digital and traditional channels.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret brand health data and market research.
- Experience managing budgets, timelines, and cross-functional stakeholder relationships.
- Proficiency in marketing analytics platforms and project management tools.
