Brand & Marketing Specialist at BairesDev
We are seeking a Brand & Marketing Specialist to support both brand management and marketing execution activities that strengthen our market presence. You will ensure brand consistency across all marketing outputs while contributing to campaigns and programs that drive audience engagement and business growth.
What You'll Do:
- Support the execution of integrated marketing campaigns while ensuring all outputs align with brand guidelines.
- Assist in developing and maintaining brand assets including templates, presentations, and visual content.
- Coordinate with design, content, and digital teams to produce on-brand materials for campaigns and events.
- Monitor brand consistency across marketing channels and flag discrepancies for review.
- Contribute to market research and competitive analysis efforts to inform brand and campaign positioning.
- Track and report on marketing and brand performance metrics to support continuous improvement.
What we are looking for:
- 3 years of experience in marketing, brand management, or marketing communications.
- Good understanding of brand identity principles and how they apply across marketing channels.
- Experience supporting integrated marketing campaigns across digital and traditional channels.
- Familiarity with design tools such as Canva or Adobe Creative Suite is a plus.
- Strong written communication and organizational skills with an eye for detail and quality.
