About The Role

Join the team that oversees operations and maintenance of Baird’s real estate portfolio within a designated region. As a Regional Facilities Manager, you’ll play a key role in ensuring properties within your region are operating efficiently, compliant with regulations, and aligned with client expectations - all while enjoying the flexibility of a hybrid work environment.

You’ll conduct regular site inspections, manage maintenance activities, and lead client communications to ensure transparency and satisfaction. The Impact You'll Make

• Facilitate communication between departments, vendors, and the CREW team to support continuous improvement and anticipate future needs.
• Collaborate with Construction Project Managers to implement industry best practices across Baird’s real estate portfolio.
• Manage and delegate daily property maintenance requests within Baird’s portfolio.
• Oversee preventative and proactive maintenance operations for a regional portfolio.
• Coordinate with vendors to maintain service standards, resolve issues, ensure timely completion of preventative maintenance tasks, and adhere to scheduled reporting.
• Support bid procurement and Vendor Service Agreements.
• Conduct quarterly inspections and manage office facilities.
• Maintain regional facilities records, including invoicing and expenditure management.
• Develop strategic property management objectives, assist in preparing capital project budgets, and compile operating budget reports.
• Assist with customer site surveys to enable installation of services.
