This is a full-time, on-site role located in Bainbridge Island, WA, for a Personal Trainer. The Personal Trainer will craft and implement personalized fitness plans tailored to clients’ goals, lead one-on-one or group training sessions, and monitor clients’ progress to ensure safe and effective outcomes. The role includes educating clients on fitness best practices, maintaining an encouraging environment, and ensuring compliance with all safety and health standards.
- Professional certifications such as U.S. National Academy of Sports Medicine (NASM) or relevant equivalent certifications
- Skills and experience in Personal Training and Fitness Training
- Knowledge of the Fitness Industry and ability to create and lead personalized or group training programs
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills to motivate and guide clients effectively
- Commitment to ensuring client safety and promoting wellness goals
- Experience in maintaining fitness equipment and a clean workout environment
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience in Health Sciences, Kinesiology, or related field is a plus
