Bain’s Experienced Talent Recruiting (ETR) team helps bring talent with bold thinking and the desire to have an impact to Bain. We are a global team, deeply committed to creating seamless experiences for our hiring leaders and candidates, who engage with us as a springboard for building their teams and careers. Our work focuses on hiring talent across our Expert Client Delivery, Engine 2, and Functional Professionals organizations, which include client-facing consulting roles requiring deep expertise, analytical and technical roles, and all of our roles in groups like Finance, Talent Management, Marketing and Learning & Development. We work closely with senior leadership across every geography, industry and capability area as well as every business function globally.
WHAT YOU'LL DO
As we expand our recruiting efforts, ETR is looking for an experienced technical recruiter that can successfully identify, attract, and bring talent to Bain and manage full life cycle recruiting until closing, working closely with hiring stakeholders, leaders and managers and other teams such as, not limited to, HR, Finance, Compensation etc. You’ll also:
- Recruit top product design, engineering and analytics talent across the Americas region.
- Partner with key stakeholders to identify strategy and creative sources to address hiring needs both immediate and long term.
- Ensure an impressive candidate experience at every touch point.
- Establish collaborative, customer-focused relationships with hiring managers and HR Business Partners, providing them with regular recruiting updates.
- Build and maintain a candidate pipeline through both established and updated channels.
- Collaborate with HRBPs and Compensation to develop compelling offers.
- Work with Manager and teammates to upgrade recruiting tools and resources. Share knowledge across a cohesive team.
ABOUT YOU
- 2-5 years of recruiting experience required.
- Excellent communication, presentation and interpersonal skills.
- Exercise effective judgment, sensitivity, discretion, and creativity to changing needs and situations.
- Experience working in a fast-paced, multi-time zone environment and ability to manage competing demands.
- Proven ability to influence and drive consensus among multiple parties.
- Applicant must have received, or be willing to receive, the COVID-19 vaccine, and be fully vaccinated (established 2 weeks following final dose) by date of employment with Bain & Company to be considered for U.S. based jobs subject to required accommodation process.
