What You’ll Be Doing:
- Lead Engineering Efforts: Oversee all aspects of engineering for your assigned projects, including process, structural, and mechanical engineering.
- Project Coordination: Collaborate closely with project management and design teams to drive projects through design phases and into commissioning.
- Technical Oversight: Ensure timely completion of critical tasks, such as P&IDs, mass balances, equipment specifications, and more.
- Mentorship: Guide and mentor junior engineers, fostering a collaborative and innovative team environment.
- Process Improvement: Lead special initiatives to refine and enhance engineering processes and standards.
Who We’re Looking For:
- Educational Background: Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical, Civil, or Chemical Engineering.
- Experience: 5 years of experience in evaporation, spray drying, or other food equipment technologies.
- Technical Skills: Proficiency in 2D CAD (AutoCAD), basic 3D (SolidWorks), and Microsoft Excel.
- Soft Skills: Strong organizational and interpersonal skills, with a detail-oriented and self-motivated approach.
- Travel: Willingness to travel up to 25% of the time.
