Hybrid medical assistant position available in a private Pediatric Cardiology Practice.

Duties of the position will predominantly include but are not limited to:
1. Chart preparation.
2. Obtaining prior authorizations.
3. Check in and check out.
4. Telephone triage.
5. Providing support for clinical staff.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Medical administrative support and office management in a clinical setting.
- Proficiency with EHR systems.
- Strong phone triage, patient service, and medical chart preparation abilities.
- Prior medical office experience; familiarity with health insurance pre-certification.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $16.00 - $19.00 per hour
