Tasting Room Associate
We are looking for hospitality associates to join our tasting room team in the Edna Valley. We are a prominent tasting room with a diverse customer base, a fast-paced sales environment, and an experienced, tight-knit team.
This is a part time role, primarily for weekend afternoon shifts. Availability to work Saturdays is mandatory and additional Sunday availability is strongly preferred. Our goal is to hire a long-term associate who will stay beyond the summer. If you cannot work weekends, or if you are not looking for a longer-term opportunity, please do not apply.

2. Enthusiasm for supporting our team and working cooperatively with all team members
3. Ability to multi-task and handle unexpected situations up with a positive attitude
4. Work ethic to actively look for things that need to be done and to proactively pitch in
5. Previous hospitality experience a big plus (restaurant, tasting room, bartending, etc.)
Responsibilities include the following:
-Creating excellent experiences for guests including wine tasting, education and purchases
-Promoting our wine club, signing up new members, and catering to current members
-Maintaining cleanliness of the tasting room, bathrooms and outside areas
-Helping with stocking of wine and merchandise
-Proactively supporting team members in all of the above
Requirements:
-Must be at least 21 years of age
-Must be able to lift 40 pounds (case of wine) to/from a height of 5 feet
-Friendly, positive, outgoing attitude
-Customer service experience and mindset
-Ability to multi-task in a fast paced environment
-Desire to support and contribute to the team as a whole
-Experience in hospitality (tasting room, restaurant service, bartending, etc.)
Job Type: Part-time
Pay: $17.00 per hour
Weekly day range:
- Monday to Friday
- Weekends as needed
Education:
- High school or equivalent (Preferred)
Experience:
- Food Service: 1 year (Preferred)
- Restaurant Experience: 1 year (Preferred)
Work Location: In person
