Responsibilities
- Perform thorough cleaning of occupied and unoccupied residential units, including dusting, vacuuming, mopping, and surface sanitization
- Handle laundry duties such as washing, folding, and organizing linens and clothing
- Maintain high standards of sanitation by disinfecting bathrooms, kitchens, and common areas regularly
- Provide exceptional customer service by addressing client needs promptly and professionally
- Manage janitorial supplies inventory and notify management when supplies need replenishing
- Follow safety protocols and proper cleaning procedures to ensure a hazard-free environment for all occupants
Requirements
- Proven experience in residential cleaning, janitorial work, or hotel housekeeping preferred but not required
- Ability to perform physical tasks such as lifting heavy objects, standing for extended periods, bending, and reaching
