Responsibilities:
- Install blown-in insulation in attics and other residential areas
- Operate insulation equipment safely and efficiently
- Maintain a clean and safe work environment
- Communicate professionally with homeowners
- Follow company quality and safety standards
Qualifications:
- Insulation, construction, HVAC, roofing, or related experience preferred
- Ability to work in attics, crawl spaces, and outdoor conditions
- Ability to lift up to 75 lbs.
- Strong work ethic and reliability
- Valid driver's license preferred
