Requirements
Proven experience as an Account Manager or in a similar client-facing role.

Responsibilities
Assist Commercial Lines Team in processing commercial policies and endorsements.

Build and maintain strong, long-lasting relationships with clients, understanding their evolving business needs.
Conduct regular policy reviews and provide expert advice on coverage options.
Collaborate with underwriters and internal teams to ensure seamless service delivery.
Address client inquiries and resolve issues promptly and professionally.
Identify opportunities to cross-sell and up-sell relevant insurance products.
