Field Nurse Case Manager
Monday–Friday | No Weekends | Training Provided
In this role you will work directly with physicians and injured workers in the field, coordinating care and helping patients recover after workplace injuries. Unlike desk-based insurance roles, this position allows nurses to stay clinically engaged while working a stable weekday schedule.
No prior case management experience is required.
This is an office-based field position with flexibility. We believe in doing excellent work and encouraging a life outside of work. This position is an addition to our team not a replacement.

Our nurse case managers serve as the central point of coordination between physicians, adjusters, employers, attorneys, and injured workers. This role requires clear communication, organization, and the ability to move cases forward without delay.
Founded in 1996 and based in Metairie, Louisiana, we have developed a structured system that allows nurses to work independently while being supported by an experienced team.
What You’ll Do
- Attend medical appointments with injured workers when appropriate
- Communicate directly with physicians regarding treatment plans
- Coordinate care and follow-up between providers, adjusters, and employers
- Conduct rehabilitation conferences with providers
- Maintain organized and timely documentation
- Proactively manage files to prevent delays in recovery

Qualifications
Active Louisiana RN license
RN Compact License preferred
· Valid driver’s license and reliable vehicle
· Strong communication and organizational skills
· Professional presence in clinical settings
· Self-motivated and accountable
· Bilingual (English/Spanish) is a plus
· Minimum 2 years clinical experience, orthopedics preferred
· Prior case management experience is welcome but not required
· Certified Case Manager (CCM) not required at hire, but expected over time
