Reports to: President
Educational Requirements:
High School Diploma (or equivalent), Formal training in Maintenance
Experience Requirements:
Minimum of 3 years prior Maintenance experience in industrial setting. Familiarity of OSHA standards, basic knowledge of electrical circuitry, Advanced plumbing & carpentry skills, basic Welding skills, Good mechanical skills, above-average Math skills, ability to follow directions.
Description of Duties:
Performs preventative maintenance assignments on all machinery and structures; assists Maintenance Lead with larger jobs; repairs any broken equipment; works with Manager of Manufacturing Operations & Maintenance Lead on guarding and set-up issues; Continuously seeks ways to improve company safety issues; supports Welding & Press Set-up; provides problem-solving input from a Maintenance standpoint to support production & improve safety. Other duties as assigned
