Summary
'We are seeking a dedicated Human Resources professional to join our team in our new Laurinburg, NC facility. Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement HR strategies aligned with company goals.
- Manage talent acquisition processes to attract skilled candidates
- Oversee employee onboarding, orientation, and training programs.
- Administer employee relations and performance management initiatives.
- Ensure compliance with employment laws and regulations.
- Maintain Timeclock system and manage workforce data.
- Support benefits administration and payroll processes.
- Promote a positive work environment that reflects company values
Qualifications:
- Proven experience in human resources management within manufacturing or industrial settings.
- Strong knowledge of employment law, PFL, DBL, FMLA, OSHA, workers' compensation, and Timeclock systems.
- Excellent communication, organizational, and conflict resolution skills.
- Ability to develop strategic HR initiatives.
- Experience with talent acquisition, employee development, and benefits administration.
