Role Description
We are seeking a dedicated Overnight Cleaner for a part-time, on-site role in Jackson, MS. The Overnight Cleaner will be responsible for maintaining cleanliness in facilities by performing tasks such as sweeping, mopping, vacuuming, disinfecting surfaces, removing trash, and ensuring the overall upkeep of the assigned areas. Additional responsibilities may include restocking supplies, maintaining equipment, and reporting any problems or repair needs. Successful candidates will contribute to creating a safe and hygienic environment for all occupants.
Qualifications
- Experience in general cleaning tasks such as sweeping, mopping, vacuuming, and disinfecting surfaces
- Ability to operate cleaning equipment, such as floor polishers and vacuum cleaners
- Attention to detail, time management, and organizational skills
- Strong work ethic and ability to work independently with minimal supervision
- Basic understanding of safety and hygiene protocols, including proper handling of cleaning products
- Availability to work flexible overnight hours
