- Handle laundry duties as required, including washing, drying, folding, and organizing linens.
- Maintain cleaning equipment and supplies, reporting any shortages or maintenance needs.
- Follow established cleaning protocols and safety guidelines to ensure a safe working environment.
- Supervise and train new cleaning staff when necessary, providing guidance on best practices in cleaning procedures.
- Collaborate with management to develop cleaning schedules that meet the needs of the facility.
Skills
- Proven experience in cleaning roles with a strong understanding of janitorial practices.
- Supervising experience is preferred for those interested in leadership opportunities within the team.
- Familiarity with commercial cleaning techniques and equipment is highly desirable.
