We are seeking a Dental Assistant to join our dynamic dental practice. Duties
- Assist dentists during examinations and procedures by providing necessary instruments and materials.
- Prepare patients for treatments by taking vital signs and ensuring their comfort.
- Maintain an aseptic environment by adhering to infection control protocols.
- Perform dental radiography and assist with medical imaging as needed.
- Utilize dental software systems such as Open Dental for patient management
- Educate patients on oral hygiene practices and post-treatment care.
- Manage inventory of dental supplies and ensure the clinic is well-stocked.
- Maintain accurate patient records and assist with scheduling appointments.
Qualifications
- Some experience in dental assisting is preferred but we will train the right person. Those with high levels of experience will be compensated very competitively.
