Job Summary
We are seeking an energetic and technically proficient Master Builder Representative to join our team. Partially Project Manager, Partially Superintendent, with a PRIMARY goal of being the laison between the ownership and the customer. Keeping the customer informed and happy. Must have built New Homes from ground up in your career. Lots of experience.
Duties
- Work with Subs and Suppliers to assure timely construction activities
- Initially 1 Spec. Home. Potential more specs and contracts.
- Manage project timelines and coordinate with internal teams to ensure seamless delivery of solutions aligned with client expectations.
- Subcontractor Management
- Quality Control
- Buyer interaction and punch list management.
Skills
- Strong People Skills
- Experienced in Construction Trades and can MANAGE people and subs
- Reliable, Ethical and competitive such that you have the DRIVE to win the day
Pay: $30.00 - $50.00 per hour
Work Location: In person
