IT Help Desk TechnicianLocal Insurance firm is looking for a IT Help Desk Technician. The candidate will be responsible for troubleshooting, repair, and maintenance of workstations and peripherals. individual must be able to work independently. Communication, Interpersonal Skills, and Customers Skills are Imperative to provide support to 200 end-users. The Help Desk Technician will report to the IT Manager and interface with other Corporate Level IT support staff on a daily basis. Must be able to pass a Financial Industry Background Check.The IT Help Desk Technician will be responsible for troubleshooting a wide range of computer-related technical issues, work to resolving those issues independently or in some cases as part of a small team.
